 .jpg) Mount Pleasant Waterworks (MPW) is pleased to assist you in the development of your proposed project. Our goal is to make our development process as user-friendly as possible. This section is designed to introduce you to MPW's Development Team, and provide an outline of our process. Included in this section is a copy of MPW's Guidelines for Development, which covers the requirements for residents and businesses to receive water and wastewater services. We welcome you to our community and look forward to working with you on your project. GRANT PROGRAM MPW supports the efforts of non-profit organizations to provide low income families with the opportunity to own their own home. MPW offers a grant program to offset a portion of the cost of connecting to our water and wastewater system.
